RETURN POLICY:

Portside Interiors issues a full refund on regular priced items taken out of store from existing stock. Items must be unused, unaltered, free of any damages and returned within 2 weeks of purchase and accompanied by paper or digital receipt.  Items being returned must not have been used for staging or marketing purposes.  We do offer a rental program of which you may participate if you are in the Film or Advertising industry. 

Returns are not accepted for clearance, markdown or special order items.  A special order items is defined as an item that is being ordered in or manufactured at the request of the customer. 

SHIPPING: DELIVERY FEES AND CONSIDERATIONS FOR DELIVERY SERVICE 

Shipping and Delivery may be arranged with our assistance, we recommend experienced companies that are knowledgeable with home furnishings and will take good care of your products and home.  In the case of any issues or damages please contact us and the delivery company right away and we can work together to find the best solution.

We work with independent delivery companies that we have experience with.  If the customer arranges their own delivery with a company we are unfamiliar with, we cannot assume any responsibility for damages due to negligence.

Delivery fees, including assembly charges are not refundable.  These are considered an additional charge of service between the delivery company and customer.
